Jimmy Beckley: saxophone, clarinet, flute, vocalist, guitar, percussion.

Jimmy Beckley originates from Accra, Ghana and developed his playing whilst also running a jazz club in the city for many years. He has played alongside visiting African bands as well as with worldwide musicians including:Nina Simone, James Taylor and Manu Dibango.

Now resident in UK Jimmy has played with many bands around London including a stint with the Open Ear Orchestra and the renowned jazzman - Billy Jenkins.

"My current trio has played many clubs, bars, corporate, charitable functions and parties and we are available for bookings. We play a mix of jazz standards and highlife rhythms."
